The Pilly Promise
Our guarantee to you is simple. If you’re not happy, Pilly’s not happy.
Pilly sets a high standard, but we’ll let you be the final judge. If you’re not satisfied with a product, you have options. We can replace or exchange your purchase or we can refund your money within thirty days of the purchase date. For the early bird holiday shoppers, any purchases made between November 1 and December 31 can be returned or exchanged until January 31 of the following year. Return instructions are included with each shipment or they can be viewed in our Return Policy. If you are more comfortable speaking to a real live person, give us a call and we’ll discuss your return.
